Buy LOW--- or Buy BOTTOM????

bouncing ball When did this ball BOUNCE?

I can tell you --- it bounced when it hit bottom and started back up.

There is an old saying, "buy low". This is TRUE- however - no one has EVER said "Buy Bottom".

Why not -- why not "Buy Bottom, Sell TOP?"

Because we don't know know where Bottom is? We don't know where TOP is either.

So here is the best advise I can give..... AIM LOW!

Weigh all the facts, the interest rate, the current price of homes and when you think it's LOW enough for you, get off the fence and BUY.

I do know this --- there are going to be a lot of people in a few years who said "I wish I had bought that house in 2009, it was ONLY $XYZ. " We've seen it before, we'll see it again.

AIM LOW ----- BUY LOW-----

Susan, this is a short and sweet thought about our current market and the urgency to grab a bargain now!!!!

Amen sister! Now if we can get all these fence sitting buyers to pull the trigger, we can help them hit their target.

Investor here. I am buying what I can now. I think we are close.

You may be right in CA. I see that knowledgable people indicate there are so many investors buying property in CA that the market is actually stronger than it would be otherwise. They are paying 65 cents on the dollar while the places to invest may be better in MI or FL where you can buy for a lot less... we have seen it as low as 5-10 cents on the dollar.
