We realize you may know a little about Transactional Funding, but this newer site www.crhorganization.net , may help finalize some questions you may have. We have taken some time to describe Transactional Funding to you!

All of the funding we help with must be paid back at closing, unless the money is going to sit in a controlled bank account.

1- Double close funding pays for the first side of a simultaneous close

2- Commercial Down Payment Assistance helps investors with these large down payments the banks may be asking for to close the deal

3- Proof of Funds allows you the ability to prove up enough funds to pull tapes or get you that contract you are trying for

4- Verfication of Deposit gives you the ability to "show" funds for verification purposes only

5- Escrow services will give you the ability to place our funds in an "account" for a period of time for platforms, CMOs, and for financing where needed
