My mission is to spread the word to real estate professional about NorthPoint Real Estate Investment Services. For California Realtors NorthPoint offers our no-cost realtor partner program called the Realtor Star Alliance (RSA) program. This is a marketing program that offers free graphic design work, co-branded seminars, marketing strategy consultation and up to date market information on our various markets. The RSA also pays a referral fee everytime a client referred to us by an RSA partner completes a transaction. FYI, most of our clients do multiple transactions because they are building real estate portfolios. The referral fee is 25% of the buyers side commission, usually about $1,800. However, if you go to our featured properties page on our website, any property flyer that has a red star in the upper right hand corner comes with a $5,000 commission for the RSA partner. NorthPoint's model is a conservative one that preaches a "buy and hold" philosophy. We like to get our clients thinking in 5 & 10 year increments. Many of our clients are first time investors who have experienced fantastic appreciation in California over the last 5 to 10 years and have equity not working for them. Many homeowners do not realize that with $60,000 in equity they can be cashflow neutral or positive in a market appreciating somewhere in the 7-10% or more range. We want to help our clients to build wealth.
Moving forward I plan to post specific market info about the various markets we are in. I also plan to post information about the various components to our model and how that benefits our clients. Finally, NorthPoint has about 90 employees and growing. Most of us are clients or our own services. From time to time I hear anecdotal stories that may be relevent that I will pass along.
