Ignoring the fact that the Vernal Equinox arrives on the 20th,
we only have to look and listen to see that spring is indeed arriving.
This past weekend the Sand Cranes arrived back in our
yard. We have had a family living along the back of Savannah ever since we moved
here in 2004. Last year they successfully reared 2 young before departing in
November.
Robins are around. I guess the ground must be soft enough
for worms!
Doves, are sitting under my bird feeder coo-ing and
soaking up the sun.
Yes the sun is not only here but it is throwing out some
very reasonable warmth today, currently 66 degrees.
Look deep into your grass and you may well find some new
green grass pushing up through the old thatch.
Some of my shrubs have lots of buds and there is a sign of
new growth on some of the evergreens.
School is out for the day and the local children are out
side playing.
If you are considering selling your home this year, Spring
is the perfect time to get outside, walk around your property and make a list of
all the things you must do before listing. But don’t take too long, with
interest rates still very low and some very positive activity in the first time
buyer market, we hope this will kick start the home sales up the ladder; make
sure yours is available.

One sign of winter still hanging around on March 30th. Five inches of very wet snow!
