Today 5/14/2007 there are 1468 Residential, 895 Lots and 80 Commercial properties available for sale. 464 residential, 97 Lots and 8 commercial properties are currently under contract. Market is picking up and we are experiencing much more traffic then few months ago. Because our unusually high inventory lots of price reductions and incentives trough out New Bern market. There are still lots of overpriced properties, I guess sellers need little time to understand that the market isn't what is used to be last year. It is a different market but it is still a market! Interest rate is still great and there are some really good deals out there. Get your self a buyer's agent and pick up investment property or two!
