Sales Price Disclosure vs. Appraisal District Reform ~ Educating the San Antonio Consumer
The San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) and the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) have officially launched the sanantoniofairtaxes.org website. This site is part of a joint campaign aimed at educating the San Antonio consumer about sales price disclosure and the San Antonio/Texas real estate community's opinion on this issue. This website is a work in progress and will continue to be updated.

I'm not sure I understand. San Antonio is wanting to disclose sales prices to the public? Why? We're a non-disclosure state. Once you give up privacy on something like that, you give up privacy on lots of things to come.
Hi Donna, the San Antonio Board of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors oppose disclosure and they have created this site to inform the public about what's going on in the Texas legislature. Thanks for commenting on my post.
