I had a Problem

crying

I have what I consider to be a beautiful website (www.styledandsold.com). I paid a small fortune for it and labored with the web designer for months before it was complete.
If you build it, they will come.
 I installed a site meter.
They didn’t come.
All of my pretty before and afters, all of my compelling text…. languished!
I had built an online (expensive) virtual brochure with a limited audience.

In addition, I have written a wonderful e-book , Styled by Design (www.styledbydesign.com) about the design principles of home staging. It’s been very well received but I was looking for an affiliate marketing program in order to reach out to a larger audience that made sense.

I was also musing about other means to connect to other stagers, a mentoring program where we could share our ideas and brainstorm problems like we do on Active Rain but in a bigger way…….but how.question

I had lots of ideas!
Now enough about my problems! They have been solved! smile

What about you?
• Are you spending more time on Twitter and Facebook than you are staging? office
• Are you happy with your website traffic?
•  Do you have to constantly work at marketing your business? Are you continually explaining the benefits of home staging and what you do?
• Are you frustrated constantly trying to educate your potential clients?
• Would you like to have increased traffic to your site, start a relationship with and begin educating potential clients without ever having to open your mouth or lift a finger?
• How would you feel about having a potential source of passive income to tide you through the slower seasons?

What if there was a system that could solve all of those problems and it could potentially pay for it self and even earn you money?

Now there is! And it was just what I was looking for!

I have been researching solutions and as fate would have it, the answers found me. Or rather, the designer of this system found me, Earl Netwal. Earl is a “micro business specialist” and Home Stagers are his niche market. You may have participated in his national survey a year or so ago of Home Stagers and you may have seen his posts here on Active Rain.

This brand new system called Market Maker has been released and it will solve many of the marketing challenges common to stagers. It will help turn potential clients into paying clients. I am honored to be part of it. It can change your website from an online brochure to an interactive marketing tool that will “pre-educate” and “pre-sell” your clients about you services, credentials and the benefits of home staging. I know there is no substitute for that one-on-one with a client but by the time they call you they will ripe for your message, you will have already established yourself as an expert and this whole system is on autopilot! It can be personalized by you or used as is, right out of the box. This system uses the same techniques and technology used by the top Internet marketers.

Market Maker will be limited to one Stager per area code and initially only 30 Stagers will be allowed to participate. If you are interested in reading more about it go to: Market Maker .  I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

I hope you'll join me!

Thanks Vivian. It is exhausting and there is no replacement for the one on one with a client but this system will plant the seeds for you before you even speak with them. I have a lot of confidence in the concept and I think it's a wonder no one (that I'm aware of) has done anything like this before. Home Stagers are sort of under the radar with regards to the rest of the world and I'm glad we are now progressing and growing our efforts.
