Blogging on an Empty Stomach

Real Estate Agent with CENTURY 21 Regency Realty

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Home Owner:

Have you ever heard the story about the Italian pizza chef who opened a Joe's Pizza Restaurant in Enterprise Alabama?

He had a knack for promotion, so he put a sign in his window: "Best Pizza in Enterprise Alabama!"

A few days later, another pizza place down the street posted this sign: "Best Pizza in America!"

Not to be outdone, a veteran pizza maker at the end of the block surveyed the signs and posted a small sign in his window: "Best Pizza on this Street!"

I believe that the moral of the story is:

There are lots of great real estate agents out there, but I'm the best agent in this area! And in this market, the right agent makes all the difference.

Got to go. I think I hear the delivery guy now.

Sincerely,

 Karina Morgan

Karina - I feel that you can be too vague in your marketing, especially in real estate.  You can never be everything to everyone, or capture all the leads.  So I like what you have to say.  Be your local area expert, and market yourself in that area.  Pick a niche that you enjoy working with and market to them.  Be specific to garner a captured audience.

I dont believe  I am to vague in marketing  in real estate.  I do very well thank you .
