Now that the first quarter of the work year is over, how did everyone do?  Are you seeing sales increase in your area?  Did prices increase or did they decrease? 

I am curious how all of the various markets did, and I am curious as to how they did compared to other cities and states.

Christopher - I'm a Realtor in Silver City, NM. I have '0' sales in first quarter. In past years I have done $4.0 million, in 2008 I did $2.0 million. Zero so far this year. It's going to be a rough one! At the end of the year we had 50 units Under Contract. Now we have 26. We generally run 6-9 months behind the rest of the country - -  and that certainly is true now.
