Walking Scores, Midtown Condos and Add this!

Walking Scores of Most Atlanta Condos, Lofts and Neighborhoods are up!

If you are not familiar with walking score, it is a software application helps home buyers, walkers, renters and just all around curious people find houses, condos apartments in walking friendly neighborhoods. Walk Score calculates the walkability of any address. If you need a little exercise while your heading to the local coffee shop or movie theater check out your walking distance to the different businesses, parks, and schools.

Thanks for Reading Tamara! I love the fact that the walking score software if free! It is amazing as Realtors all the things we can be charged for on a monthly basis...I get really excited when something so resourceful as a "walking score" is available to us. Have a great day in Lake Tahoe.. Is that cajon resturant still at the airport...It has been a few years since I have been there but I remember the food being very good.

Hi Ian--I understand about the loving free software! We do get hit for every imaginable monthly cost someone can think of. Are you talking about the Truckee airport or South Lake Tahoe???

South Lake Tahoe is the Airport I was speaking of. I bet you get to see some awesome homes in and around Tahoe!

Ian--Yes, there are homes here that are incredible. Though I recently saw one in the Napa area that is expected to come on the market at $50M... Now that was something! There are nice houses and then there are really nice houses, but this was in a league of it's own. It cohered so beautifully, every detail was immaculate. And not a spider or speck of dust dared land in it!

I'm not familiar with the SLT airport. The southside is out of my market range.
