Today, HAR, came out with a report for the Overall Houston area: (see below for The Woodlands Report) "Overall February property sales fell 25.9 percent compared to February 2008, and sales of single-family homes declined by 24.6 percent, according to new monthly data prepared by the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR)."
