The last two days have been spent in beautiful Springdale, Utah, enjoying the spectacular views of Zions National Park, eating yummy food and associating with friends and peers from the Iron County Board of REALTORS!
We had 12 hours of excellent, up-to-the minute training on Short-sales, owner finance, lease options, ethics and much much more! This is training designed to benefit my clients whether they are buyers or sellers.
In the current economy, there are many ways to work things out to get the results the buyers and sellers need that go beyond the normal real estate transaction. We are trained to be creative in getting the job done for you!
