Infinite Ammortization Loan ...... 46 miles Worth!

By
Real Estate Agent with BCR Realtors 262359

That's right ..I said infinite amortization. That is just about the amount of time it will take for the American Government to pay off the trillions of dollars  it has committed the American people to .  In real estate we seldom see more than a 30 year amortization.  There were some loans made after 2000 that were 40 year paybacks and I simply thought that was absurd...way to long for someone to be committed to a payment plan.  But the US Govt. has had no problem committing us taxpayers to what amounts to an Endless Pay Plan......Do you think when we finally do see the end in sight they will try to Refinance and pull out some more of our Equity in this great country?

How much is a trillion? A Million is a stack of thousand dollar bills about 4 inches thick. A trillion is about 46 miles high of $1,000 Bills!  Do we even have a thousand dollar bill anymore?

Trey, I know on high priced California homes they have 40 year mortgages but infinite amortization goes along with trillions of dollars. Who can fathom it?

Trey,

It is a scary time and is looking even scarier in the future for our children and grandchildren if we do not stop this madness!

Imagine this is all in the first 3 months!!!

Trey - it is part of the infinite socialization plan, hang onto your hats, it's a long and wild ride down.

Trey- Kind of like paying the minimum payment on a credit card each month. It will never be paid off.

Realistically I don't see how it can be. Now today I read where the Fed is beginning to print funny money so watch out for Mr. Inflation...he's just around the corner!

Trey:  Just reading this point makes my head spin.  It really is unbearable to think of the money our government spends....and that was before the bailouts.
