Recent sales volume increase?

I have been noticing a large increase in overall sales volume of the last several months. Even taking into account the dramatic drops in prices, is it finally time for some optimism? Have we hit 'rock bottom' or do we still have a ways to go?

Yes, I believe there is reason for optimism at least in terms of recent activity and numbers of sales. The price slide is likely to continue modestly for tne next year or two until things stabilize particularly in this region.
