Wow, Heather, so Orlando has 10% of Florida's REOs and that doesn't count Osceola County. I'm sure Broker Bryant could give us stats on there. There are some amazing deals and we are beginning to see multiple offers again. ~ Sharon

I've managed many rehab jobs for banks. It is important to try and get the home into at least financable condition. Otherwise only cash buyers can buy them.

Great blog, I visit Orlando monthly and have noticed all of the deals. How has it been getting to closing.

Hi Heather,

I've been doing a lot with referrals of Canadians south-mainly in Arizona. There's something about the 2-tier tax system in Florida that puts off Canadians though.

Terry - We have homestead exemption but no 2 tier system

Shelton - Great no real problem unless its the buyer backing out because of cold feet.
