Transaction Coordination Platforms

I am a certified with Settlement Room and love the capabilities they offer (a few quirks but overall great product). Well, Settlement Room is being managed by a new firm and the pricing has gone up which has led me to start looking into new platforms to host my agents closing transactions. I have looked into Relay but need to be able to email out for paper trail purposes. What transaction coordination platform do you use? Do you like it? What do you NOT like about the product you are using?

Since I am a real estate virtual assistant and work for more than 1 agent, I would need something that would be able to share info with that agent only so Top Producer would be out. I am considering SharePoint but that is something you have to start from scratch which would not be out of the question but more time consuming...if that makes sense. Anyway, I would love your thoughts!

First American used to have a great settlement/transaction platform.

Hmm very interesting didnt even know these platforms existed. I have an assistant taht works from home and having something we can both share like that would be great.
