Lighten Up That's The Ticket

I have found in the real estate world, there is way too much seriousness going on. Sure life is serious "sometimes" but then again everything is relative. What you worry about today is long gone in the rear view mirror five years from now.

One good thing about this vehicle we call blogging is we don't have to stick to a script of an open house notification, the new pizza parlor opening down the street, the latest in government loan programs, or how to sell condos best in Las Vegas.

Sometimes whether it be Realtors stressing out, consumers buying or selling properties wondering whether that closed transaction day will ever arrive or not, we all just need to cut through that stress like a hot knife through butter.

So the point of TODAY's little diatribe is

             Lighten Up That's The Ticket
