I wanted to share a site that I came across a few months ago that has been incredibly helpful to my business and has helped me create  a positive mindset, something that we all need in the current Economy!

It is true that Realtors can get caught up with all the gloom and doom press that we are seeing and hearing everyday online, and in the media.

However, we can also be proactive and make a choice to be open in expanding our business, and choose to change and refine our current Real Estate practice and business. 

In the past as a competitive athlete, I always thought in a positive mindset with every match and with every point. We can all make a choice to WIN or NOT TO WIN in the current Economy, and we can hone and sharpen those skills that we need to succeed.

As they say "With change comes great opportunity."

Harris University has provided countless free calls that quite honestly I find amazing, as the quality of the information is amazing!!!

I have listened to information from other Realtors on how they are obtaining short sale listings and REO's, increased their productivity,  and how other top producers have changed their business approach and increased their income in a down economy.
