WANNA STIMULATE THE ECONOMY?

HOW ABOUT REWARDING THE GOOD GUYS???

Every homeowner who:

has a job
has not been late on their mortgage payment in the last 12 months
is current on their state and federal taxes

GETS THEIR INTEREST RATE MODIFIED TO 4% FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS.

WHY ARE WE REWARDING INCOMPETENCE????

I agree.. Giving funds to the greed top folk never helps. The people with the least who work the hardest are the backbone of our country along with every small business... feed them some funds and watch it filter up.... the top just hordes it!!!

How about actually lowering the balance of those loans as well to current market value while you are at it.

yes cindy - good idea - write down the loan to 80% of current market value

Is the government likely to give a break to people who have demonstrated responsibility? I doubt it. Responsible people didn't vote for most of those clowns.
