So I have been really working on my "Internet identity" for several months. I am in my first year as a full time agent and have really been trying to learn everything I can about improving my own website, blogging, and marketing through the Internet. Active Rain has been my number one source of knowledge, advice and inspiration (THANKS AR). Up until now all the deals I have had close have been personal referrals (not that I am knocking those!). Today I wrote an offer for a client that found me on-line!!! YEA!! I have had others contact me via on-line resources and have had brief communication with them but unfortunately had not had any offers or listings. Finally with these new clients I have submitted an offer AND through them have a new listing!! This definitely renews my energy and focus to keep up my Internet presence!
