Runner up in Miss Real Estate Blog USA Contest

By
Real Estate Agent with Edina Realty

I still haven't gotten my hands on that darn tiara. Teresa is hanging on it to very tightly! And there is some tough competition in Minnesota:

Not to be discouraged, last week I tried another avenue to see if I could get my hands on a tiara. I entered the real estate carnival, hosted by RSS Pieces.  For the week the carnival was turned into the Miss Real Estate Blog USA Contest. I primped, taped, sucked, sprayed, and smiled for all I was worth.

I came in as the fourth runner up. While quite an accomplishment, the tiara remains out of reach. Here is Miss Real Estate Blog USA and "her" court of runner ups:

I'm doing my dardest to up my blogging efforts both here, and my other blog at www.RealSageAdvice.com to see if I can yet reach that elusive tiara...if only for a day...

Hi Jay- You always make me smile :-) I haven't done too much with Localism.  I feel a little conflicted about it....even in the quest for the Tiara I'm just not sure about it.

Lisa: I’m not conflicted—I think the point-bias towards localism hurts (at least in points—not satisfaction) thoseactive rain|active codgers, your active fans ©2007 Codger™ Images who take blogging seriously (or in our case humorously) and contribute to the social network aspect of the ‘Rain. A good business blog will do more for the individual RE professional, I think.

BTW: Your grasp of senior issues is impressive.

Thanks, Jay. I appreciate your feedback!  I tend to agree with you about localism, but it can attribute some google juice to a baby blog!
