In todays market, we all know that price and condition sells houses.  I was interested in an article I read on which rehabs recouped the most money.  I was surprised.  In the south Atlantic states - 86.6% of costs were recouped at the sale with the addition of a deck - surprise - surprise - i was expecting it to be the kitchen!!  Of course the kitchen was not far behind but it was still behind replacement of siding.  I thought this was very informative so I put a button on my website for everyone to click which will take you to all the results.  Just go to JacksonvilleHomeConnection.com and look for the link along the left side of the home page.
