I like how you added the detail into your rooms. Sometimes it takes a lot to image what people can do with the rooms in an empty home. Way to go thank you for putting ideas out there for everyone.
Thank you,
Kim White
Beautiful. I love stagging! (I didn't even know I loved it)
Where in the world do you keep all that furniture?
Margaret ~ I like the staging ... and also that VERY cute little dog! He looks like he could be a little rascal!
Great job, Margaret! I really like the angle of the living room furniture. So much more appealing to buyers now!
Your photos speak clearly to anyone who doubts the value of staging. The staged version is so much more appealing.
Is there a way to measure clicks on that property pre-staging & after?
I felt the same about the bathroom as Melina. The shower curtain is a good pick; however what really make the room pop is the addition of the artwork with the cinnamon/rust colour, the candle and the towels.
Good eye!
NICE WORK!!! Maximized selling potential here!! Happy Clients and agent no doubt!
Margaret, I really have such a hard time believing that sellers and Realtors can NOT see the benefits of staging. Great job! I know you will have a quick sale!
Margaret, You did a fabulous job with that home, you really gave it some life! It looks just beautiful. Good luck, I'm sure it won't be on the market long.
Looks like things were sparse and you spiced it up!
I love the way you used colors in the bathroom. The all white towels etc just wouldn't make it in that room.
I love the difference your staging has made in this home.
Margaret, wonderful job! I really like those pops of color, you used just the right balance. And how you played off the color of the towel in the bathroom picture, with the color of towels you placed in the bathroom.
It really looks fantastic! Especially the bathroom! When I saw the before photo, I looked at the peachy counter and wondered how you would handle it. You made it look up-to-date and perfect in that room with your choice of accents! Awesome job with it and the other rooms as well.
Margaret - Fantastic!!! Wow, I love everything you did!
Congratulations. Your post is being featured in the group Staging Before & After Pictures.

Love the new look of the dining room Margaret. Great work.
WOW. Great transformation. I love the red you used in splashes. It really adds color and warmth. Great job.
You made a great house look that much more cozy. It definitely adds to the ability to "see yourself" there.
Great transformation! I love the red couch. I've used one from Aaron's quite a bit with my staging.
Hi Margaret...I really liked the rolled towel on the toilet tank. It may be a small thing but it lifts your eye up towards the painting and away from the toilet itself. Clever.
