Thanks, I've only had 2 showings so far and I'm mystified (except maybe it's the 1 bath thing which sellers can't fix). I'll get that funds verification to you tomorrow, along with the initialed pages and also let you know how the inspection went. I think I'll just drop them by your office if that would be convenient for you?? the pages that she has to initial are a little light and so I'm afraid to scan or fax them again.
