Do you take time to smell the roses? I have had the wonderful experience of spending time with my nine month old granddaughter, Marissa. We had such a great time pouring tea and eating snacks. Then we had to dress the babies dolls and feel them. WE loose precious time when we do not look around and see the beauty right under our noses. Time that can never be made up.

Hi Ginger, YES I spend time with my grandchildren. In fact I now refuse to cancel my times with them for inconsiderate buyers who call at the last minute to see property. They are my "appointments!" Here you can see why! This is Brantley, my son's daughter and Brylan, my daughters' son - they are the lights of my life!!!!

Yesterday I called my son's house and my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter answered the phone. "I love you GG, I miss you GG." How could your heart not melt? Looking forward to hugs next month when we all meet up for a wedding.
I love the moments I can talk on the phone with my grandsons, Nolan (4)and Braydon(2) and now with the video cam they come and throw me kisses and show me their toys and I can even read to them.Technology is an amazing way to keep in touch with your loved ones who are far way, 19hours in SC

I cannot even say how much more I am able to enjoy the G-Kids than when we were raising our own children. I am the where are we going? type of Grandma and during spring break we went to Bird Island on the Sea of Cortez in Mexico. Dolphins, Sealions and birds galore. Even had a hysterical Titanic moment on the Kayak that no one will forget.
