Foreclosures Pull Houston Home Prices Down Again In February

HAR (Houston Association of Realtor) just release February 2009 MLS Report. Due to foreclose Houston Single family house sale had drop 24.6% and the average sale price of Single Family Home in Houston Dropped 10.5% in February to $182,316 compared to Feb 2008.
