The Chehalem Valley Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for the Junior Citizen of the Year to be honored at the Chamber's Community Awards Banquet April 5.
To be considered for the award, the nominee must:
- be a student in grade 8-12
- hold a minimum "C" grade point average
- demonstrate outstanding citizenship
The achievement of the nominee should be something that contributes to the betterment of the community, sets an example or encourages participation of others. More information and a nomination form are online.
