The prospects were really good this last week.  I got a lot of information from the prospects.  I ended up emailing back and forth with two of the clients.  I am hoping for appointments in the next week.  One person was looking to get the value of their home for a refinance, that is okay you never know if they may need my help in the future? 

I took the 201 class and it showed us how to sign the clients up for automatic listing alerts.  You can set it up for your clients or they can set themselves up for the auto alerts.  I am set up for the 301 class this week, I will be reporting on that next week.

I think this tool will be helpful even for my own clients that are looking for homes that do not come to me through the system.  It can also show sellers how many times my clients have looked at virtual tours of their homes, if the buyers I have and the sellers I have are in the same price range and area.

I am still working with it, not feeling like an expert, but it is a great tool and think it will be an effective part of my marketing.  Let me know if you have questions.
