Recently I was introduced to a product called "Constant Contact".  They offer a free 60 day trial so I thought it was worth checking into.  Well I put it on the back burner until I got an eye catching email from my associate who first told me about the product.  So, I revisited this idea and was intrigued with what they offer.  I was able to created a bright, eye catching newsletter with little or no experience with the program in a matter of a 1/2 hour.  With the trial you can send to 100 people free, but to send to more you must upgrade and upon further checking, the prices are very reasonable.
As you may or may not know, staying "In Front of your Clients" is the key to sales so this allows you to do just that.  If you are already sending out to a database, this just makes it easier, but if you are not, you should be!  Give it a look and see what you think.
A couple of days after initially trying the program, I got a call from a representative who explained some of the upgrades (very inexpensive) and she made herself available for any of my "newbie" questions by emailing me all of her contact information and that put the decision back in my hands with no pushy sales jargon.  I really appreciated first her follow up, but then her ability to make me feel like this product would sell itself so she was not there to push it on me but just to make herself available.  This is the kind of support we should all offer.  There is you need us!  Thanks Constant Contact!  And Thanks Sheila for letting me know about this great product!

I am a big believer of off line management.  Not familiar with this program, but I will stick to Outlook as there are so many features that Outlook has that most are not familiar with.  I can handle over 120 homes a year with it, so I will stick with it.  Tried Top Producer and it was not worth the headaches, personally.  Best to you........

What I have enjoyed the most about Constant Contact is being able to see the generated reports of who is reading, etc.  For a very modest price, I am reaching up to five hundred contacts that would cost me a fortune to mail something to.  So far so good.  I am looking forward to your next newsletter!

Marsha - Once I get my database put together, I will take a look at constant contact to see what they have to offer.  Right now, I have information all over the place, and need to get all my contacts into one system/database.
