This is from one of our Realtors in Virginia Beach, Has anyone run across these folks? Just had an agent bring a contract on one of her listings sold by Neptune in which they give 2/3 of the commission back to the buyer. I have no problem with that. If they can live on 1/3 income God bless 'em. Tho being a cynic and having had some unpleasant dealings with Carteret, they make it up elsewhere. What I do have a problem with is that they cut costs by having their buyer's call the listing agent to show them the property. Which creates a problem because I really don't want to be squiring around a prospect who is represented by a buyer broker who won't accompany them. But on the other hand, I am honor bound to represent my client/listing to my utmost to get the thing sold. Any suggestions..comments? |
