As most of you who have been a part of the AR community for a while know, AR is an amazing place. 

This weekend I received a referral for a listing in my area (Mesa, AZ) from an agent in Washington.  He is working with a buyer who lives here in AZ and had her house listed (it's now expired) with a not so great agent.  I spoke with the agent in Washington and to his and now soon to be my client and hopefully I will be able to get her home SOLD soon. 

If it wern't for AR I wouldn't have gotten this lead and the agent in Washington would be stuck with a buyer who can't buy because her house wouldn't sell.

So thank you Active Rain for allowing us to be a part of such a great networking community!

Hi John,

That's awesome you got that referral! I am a stager in your area and I have only been on the Rain for a little over 2 months. I have learned so much from everyone, what a great place! I recently read a post about networking with others on the Rain in your area to let people know about your business. I thought it was a great idea, because if a potential client asked me for a referral for someone this is the first place I would look. Your proof others look here too!
