Sharon- It is amazing how much the market reports are appreciated.  In my area the townhouse condo market is off more than the single family.

Teri - people like to know what's going on in buildings/neighborhoods they live in or are thinking about. We keep downtown luxury condo stats in our office window and lots of people read them.

Jennifer - Our condo market is off more than single family, too.
