Plan to Follow:
This week we are going to go to the bookstore, or any store that we can buy a journal or something that we can use as a journal. In this journal, we are going to answer the following questions for each day of the week:
Success:
- What happened today that I consider a successful event?
- Why do I consider it to be a successful event?
- What did I do to contribute to this success?
- How could I use this success in the future?
Mistakes:
- What mistake did I make today?
- Why did I make it?
- How did I contribute to the mistake specifically?
- What could I do to turn this mistake into a success in the future?
