We all know that customer service can make or break a business. Making the customer experience special will ensure your customer will keep coming back.
Tonight it was after midnight but I knew I could call GoDaddy and get a customer service representative. I would have to wait because all the reps were assisting other customers. My attention was caught by one simple question, would you like to hold with or without music press XXX. No one had ever asked me that question before and as a consumer it was a rather important one. Can't tell you how many times I have been placed on hold even at a doctor's office and had to listen to loud rock music as my blood pressure rose.
