Good Sunday Morning, just a quick question! Do any of you send out letters to the people in the paper or that you know of that are in a short sale or foreclosure situation. If so what do you say ?

Fernando, we have alot of people who don't seem to understand they can still try and sell there home during the process. I was wondering if anyone ever tries to contact them.

Jane, You've asked a very good question. I don't because by the time they reach the point of being published in the paper, in our area, it is highly unlikely that a short sale will work. The bank at that point has already gotten an attorney involved and has accumulated some additional charges so that the bank doesn't want to work with a short sale... again, I've found that to be true in my area.
