What If: With Ever Transaction the professionals donated a portion of their fees to local charities?

With donations to many charites down.  Wheather it's a church, school or other local non-profit organization many of us have decided to help local charities through a program known as Charity Lending.

Most Real Estate Transactions concern a loan of some kind and we feel that giving back to struggling local charities is the answer so we formed Charity Lending.  Our web site of CharityLending.INFO explains more of the detail.  We were inspired by a modest organization named Modest Needs that started in 2002 as a small operation and now is a full blown 501(c) 3 not-for-profit corporation.

The growth of this organization has inspired us over the past years and all charities are eligible for the program that we offer.  Recently we've supported, local schools, churches, arbor day, ASPCA and many others. 

We have recently joined with Real Estate Brokerage that will also be supporting local charites as well.  Afterall we all benefit from supporting local charitable organizations.  All anyone has to do is simply mention the program and the charity if they use our services and we'll make a donation to that organization.

Right now this is just for the state of Texas.  Once we have worked out the kinks we would look to expand the program... who knows we may start off like Modest Needs and the road may lead somwhere wonderful for our communities.
