Great job Jo! I wish our market was selling anything but short sales and foreclosures. Those markets don't use stagers, although the short sales certainly should.

You are a great representative of what staging can do for sellers and realtors. Great job!

I was at a vacant home yesterday making my pitch to the realtor and homeowner. I gave them a few examples of how staging could make two awkward spaces more inviting to buyers.

Here's hoping they want to take me up on it.

They both turned out fantastic, Jo. No wonder why they sold so quickly.
