Now Tamara, your photography is stellar.  Are you/do you sell or is just a hobby that you want to keep to your self, or do not want to take to another realm?  I am really curious as your photos are gorgeous.  Do you ever shoot in black and white?

WOW Tamara, now that's a campground I could be very happy in.....rooms with a view.  Is it a Corps of Engineer Park, sorta has that look from when we were on the road for 5 years....yes 5 years.  It was a blast :-)

Good Morning Gail--It was a county park, when I went back to find it on the map, I couldn't...  5 years on the road, wow!  I'm turning all green and it's not because of my sustainability focus!!! ;-)

Hi Trey-- We spent several days there.  We were booked for another campground, but when we drove into it, it was wall to wall campers and not a very nice setting.  We had seen a sign for this on the way in, so we decided to check it out.  Needless to say, we blew off the other campground!

Hi Michelle--Thank you for the compliments!  Years ago, I was married to an adventure sport photographer, writer, cinematographer.  I used to take "stills" of some of the action he was filming.  You can't believe some of the stuff I did!  Hanging off 700' bridges shooting base jumpers, rope jumpers and bungee jumpers (all done with film permits...), skiing to wild locations and rock climbing to others...  Turned it to outdoor fashion photography for awhile.  Beautiful women on granite boulders in evening gowns, kids in fleece, lingerie on Donner Lake.  It was a blast.  Once I got into real estate, kinda lost the time and "focus" to shoot...  But I'm having a great time posting here on AR!

Hi Bob--Hmmm, yes open your browser wider!  We have huge windows in the fifth wheel and it was spectacular to sit there and have this view!  On the way up, we were running late and decided to pull off at a truck stop.  When we got up in the morning, out the back window was Mt. Shasta with Mt. Lassen in the background.  We'd pulled off virtually right under the mountain and didn't even know it!  It was a great trip!

Get a big installation going so you can come visit CA!!!

Hi Tamara.  Finally had some time to look at your photos:-) How very beautiful, especially for anyone stuck in the Flatlands!  What an incentive to pay a visit, indeed.  Thank you for brightening up my day... I am subcribing to you:-)

Hi FGH--Glad you stopped by and decided to subscribe!  As you can see, I'm pretty fond of the great areas we have here in CA (and the rest of the planet too) and that's one of the reasons for my involvement in sustainability.  Do you have a real name?!??!?

Hi Lynn--We had out of town guests all weekend and it was wonderful.  My partners mothers 85th birthday party here in Napa.  Sounds like yours was a good weekend too.  Restful...

A rowboat or a kayak.  Come to think of it, I don't remember any motorized boats there...

Michelle--I don't shoot black and white.  I have friends that say they can convert anything they see into B&W, but I don't have that ability.... I see in color, dream in color, and especially like a film like Fuji's Velvia (dates me huh??)  I can barely find someone to process slide film any more!

Hey Russel--Early, late, just stop by!  The campground was much more tranquil than the town, but the town was VERY charming!

Lynn--Blue hairs in trouble--Sounds like a movie.  After all, they had grumpy old men and I think they even made a sequel...  I had a friend that visited me in Tahoe and she kept remarking "it's sooooo quiet here..."  I think it had her spooked!

Lynn--Trying to catch up from yesterday.  Have a fun idea for WW, but not sure when I can get to it.  I had a disclosure class, a green seminar, a meeting with my manager and met with 3 prospective buyers in the very early stages of considering investing in some of the bank owned properties here... and a referral call.  I guess the leaves aren't the only thing blooming in Napa right now!

Tamara - That does look really tranquil. . .A good place to soothe the soul.  My daughter went to Ashland for the Shakespearean festival, when she was a Senior in high school.  She still talks about it.

Hi Myrl--Love Ashland.  Haven't been to the Shakespeare festival, but it's an adorable town.  So charming!

Hey Lynn--It's been such an insane week!  All good, but soooo hectic!  I should have my daughter do the butter thing... I could stand a few days where I couldn't look at the fridge!

Wow, disconnected the cable??? You must really be in deep dodo for that!  Actually, I gave it up over 12 years ago when my ex and I split up.  It's amazing how much more "productive" time or personal enjoyment time you can have when you aren't living vicariously!!!  Good luck with the spring cleaning.  I'm on to that this week myself.  Think I'm putting my house back on the market!  Then it's endless cleaning--my daughter hates that part cause she feels like she can't even breathe in the house!
