Well, after I got out all my nerves and anxiety, skiing was tons of fun and went well! It took a little bit to get my groove back but finally I was turning and moving down the hills with no problem! Skiing is a bit like riding a bike, once you've done it before you can always pick it back up again--even if it's been two years!
The picture below is part of the new lodge built in the center of the resort. Isn't the architecture beautiful? I love the camp fire too! They keep it going all the time; you just sit right down anytime you want to! In the past two years since I've been out to CB, they have built a lot more restaurants, condos and shops! This place was already a great vacation spot but now it's even better!
Here's a shot of part of our group...my hubby and I and our neighbors (First time skiers!!) We are having a great time! Skiing, eating great food, having good drinks, hanging out in the hot tub and watching it snow. It's only beginning, but it's already the start of an awesome week!
