Listen to your inner voice, listen to your intuition.
Some call it that itch, twitch, hair standing (not in my case) up on the back of your neck whatever terminology you wish to use you know what I'm talking about.
If you haven't yet you will come into one of those situations in real estate. You'll walk into a client's home and those inner bells and whistles start to go off. I don't mean softly either, their like deafening, the ground starts shaking and you know you just know you should not be there. It might have nothing to do with the home it may be just fine but the atmosphere or something says get out.
It's there for a reason, listen to it and obey it. It may be really nothing but I'm not going to push the envelope again. The story I would tell when it happened to me I was not in real estate but I should have paid attention. Since then it's happened once more and you bet your life I gave it my full attention then.
The chances of this happening to you are so small the number would be up there with the stimulus plan in the amount of zeros if not more, but it's something to think about. Hope I haven't spoiled your day but I do care remember: "It's a great day to buy or sell a home."
