Some of my battle to get the bank owned property under contract in AZ

Well, it is warming up in AZ and I am not just speaking on the temperature. The housing market is starting to get hot as well. Over the last couple of weeks I have personally been a part of some offers going in and not getting accepted.

One home was listed at 129k and we were out there on the 4th day it was active. There was an agent writing an offer on the counter when we walked into the home, passed 2 agents on our way out....immediately wrote the offer for 145k and we  were the 13th offer in.....4 days. We were one of 5 offers they were looking at and we did not get our offer accepted.

Another was on the market for 2 days and they already had 4 offers in.

Another was listed for 7 days and had 8 offers in. Another property we wrote over list price and did not get it.

There are several more instances similar to these but that is good enough for the last few weeks worth of work.

I am starting to think we are seeing some of the blind offers on the hot properties. It get's a little frustrating being a part of this but I am very grateful to have as many buyers as I have. I could be sitting here wondering what I will do next.
