The Mid-FL Regional Board released some good news for the real estate market in Sarasota today.  Pending sales for February are the higest in three years.  According to the Sarasota MLS 611 single family homes and 171 condos were under contract. 

As I've mentioned in previous blog posts, our web traffic is up considerably, requests for information are up as well our appointments for showing.  Buyers are making the most of this incredible buying opportunity while the selection of homes and condos is still outstanding.  We are smiling in sunny Sarasota!
