O.K. Here we are on week 5 and again I was thinking I was going to have my first week of beiing skunked when two new leads come dripping in the last two days. These two leads came in over the weekend and if I had written this on Friday like I was supposed to (I have never done what I am told to do!:-) I would have been skunked.

One of the two last leads did give a number but it came in this Sunday morning and I refuse to call people on Sunday morning.  I will call them late Sunday afternoon, early evening but I respect people's time on Sunday morning.

So far 4 luke warm leads to date and the one HOT lead I had has turned as cold as ice. Again, I am looking for that one elusive lead that I can convert to a written contract.  The anticipation is now on. How many leads before I can convert to a written contract?   Time will tell and if you want to find out how this sytem works click below.

It will happen, George. I have clients from New Mexico here yesterday and today that I am driving around, and I have a listing right now because of GrowthLeader. They have the house they want to buy picked out, it's all about finding a buyer for their current house, and they agreed to a fantastic price on it. It will happen!

Hi George - You are really persistent and it will pay off for you!  It's funny how some leads just fall into place and others take a lot of work!  Stick with it!

Hi George, thanks for the update. It's been just over a month. You're most definitely in the infancy stage of gathering and building your pipeline of prospects, then comes the nurturing stage. Give it some time.
