I am teaching a class today at the Keller Williams Conyers Office @ 1:00pm. It will be about the Short Sale Package that I put together to submit to the bank. This package has earned me high praise from several lost mitigators. It is a clear and concise package. I have a 98% closing ratio on my short sales.... Torreen Cummings used this package and the bank called her and asked her to list another house they had for their clients. That is high praise indeed!
The class is free and open to any and all agents. If you are selling short sales or have ever thought about selling them or have had a buyer on one. This class will help you understand the process and make it a little easier to do.
