It doesnt matter that you may be different....

All corporate America must come under my powers...

The Washington Federation of Liberal Politicians will grant me power over you....

How could you? Spock is too virtuous to come back as Geithner...He'd absolutely turn inside out, grossed out. Somebody should go Klingon on his lying mouth.

John, I do think there were many bad things that have happened in corporate America but giving a tax cheat the individual power over corporations is like letting the monkeys run the zoo... Geithner lied about his knowledge of the AIG loophole, cheated on his taxes and now wants ultimate power over corporate America? Doesn't sound like a good thing to me..

It's scary....our country is being nationalized. It's only a matter of time before the utilities will be "too important" to leave to private industry, then transportation, then....then....then...I'm praying that the 2010 elections get here quickly! And that people WAKE UP and stop believing that ANY change is good. It's not! Stalin brought change, Hitler revived the economy, Mao equalized the income. Extremes? yep....but is that what the citizens of those countries thought? who knows!

Congress thinks it can use the tax code to punish specific citizens...doesn't sound like they read the Constitution much...equal protection? They are trying to anger the public emotions against a certain group of people...sounds like history repeating itself.

Dean - I happen to think it might take someone who knows what the thieves in Corporate America did to undo it. ( the old takes one to know one thing) Hopefully there is enough transparency that we will all get to see how this plays out.

Dean , I have another theory on the Star trek..economy..if there is an attractive Green Alien Capt James T. Curt will nail her and if a guy (employee) you have never seen before gets beamed down the the Planet he will be killed by who ever live on the surface. So Screw the Aliens and Kill the new Guy..how is that for a plan.

Are you referring to crew member 6? Star Trek was kinda predictable with the "new guy dies" formula but we still loved it didn't we?

Good one. I live about 45 minutes from the City of Vulcan and it has a model of the Star Trek enterprise. Google it, it will make you laugh

Dean, I don't think Mr. Spock is as negative as you are about corporations and the way they ruin run their businesses. Apparently you don't mind AIG almost tanking the economy then using bailout money to throw lavish parties and pay obscene bonuses to employees who were responsible for what happened.

Dean, the current state of America (actually the world) sure makes for some interesting blogs... now if we could just make it all go away, just like being beamed up.
