Rainy day, great office day.

No time like a rainy day to get caught up on all of the office work. I love to sit and get everything files where it needs to go. Get all those loose ends taken care of. Get all of the e-mail and phone call caught up on. It's nice to get it all done so that when it's nice out you can get out with all of the buyer and take them where ever they want to go and not get wet.
