New Project - I love the smell of fresh cut 2 by 4's and paint

I am very excited, we purchased a store front (built in 1900, solid brick, 2 stories and a full basement) on Lake avenue in Storm Lake, Iowa.  On the main level there is an existing tenant, but on the upper level, there are 14 foot ceilings, wide plank hard wood floors and pretty much a clean slate, the property is 25 by 100.

 I can't wait to get busy planning out the loft apartments to go in.  Open floor plan, big - no huge windows- industrial feel, exposed brick walls on the southside.  First step is to get code and an electrician in, that will happen tomorrow to see what needs to be done to get the existing main floor tenant more power.
