Karyn has over 18 years experience in the mortgage industry. She has worked for the State of Maryland Commissioner of Financial Regulation as a Financial Examiner. The office of the Commissioner of Financial Regulation is the department that regulates the finance industry. Karyn has worked not only as a Loan Officer but a processor and an underwriter. Karyn has written courses that train mortgage loan officers on State and Federal regulations within the mortgage industry. The courses are approved as the required course in Maryland and North Carolina. She has her BS degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
