- Realty Works is a family owned and operated Real estate office located in Temecula near the Promenade Mall. We specialize in short sales and have a VERY high success rate in closing short sales.
Intro:
My name is Adam Kutchuk and I have lived in the Temecula area for over 20 years now. I have been involved with Real Estate since 1998 and now am currently a Real Estate Broker. My company, Realty Works, is family owned and operated. Being a small Real Estate company, each and every client we receive has individual attention from a company owner. My father Sidney & myself are the brokers, my mother, sister, & aunt are buyers agents that work with us.
I have a wide range of residential experience from handling short sales, Repo/REO homes, & regular sales. I have also worked with the full range of buyers from FHA buyers, conventional, VA, Cash & first time buyers. I'm very easy to work with. I graduated from Temecula Valley High School, have a BA from Pepperdine University and did a tour in the U.S. Marine Corps.
