About Me:

What sets me apart from other agents is that I am a CBR, a Certified Buyers Representative, out here in the beautiful Hamptons.  I love representing buyers, helping them find the best deal possible.

Caring, listening, and understanding are qualities that are very important in the real estate industry.  The same qualities I needed when I was a special education teacher, I now use in the field of real estate.  My philosophy is simple.  Helping buyers and sellers come together in a respectful atmosphere is a worthwhile service, deserving of my very best efforts.

One of my strengths is my technology expertise.  I have programmed websites and scripts including a real estate website creator for agents, run course management systems online, conducted technolgy inservice training courses, and was a webmaster for an entire school district.  As you can see I love technology, and my strength puts me ahead of other real estate agents.  The impact of the Internet on Real Estate is tremendous, and I know the secrets of how to use it to my client's advantage.
